Once you select an instructor, view their profile and pick a time slot that works for you. Click "Book Now" and follow the steps to confirm your booking.
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance without any issues. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a fee.
Payments are securely processed via our payment gateway, though credit/debit cards and other supported payment methods.
If your instructor misses a scheduled session, reach out to our support team for assistance. We’ll help arrange a refund or reschedule the session.
Once your session is complete, you’ll receive an email inviting you to share your feedback and rate your instructor. You can also provide feedback directly from your dashboard.
Click on the "Become an Instructor" link, follow the easy sign-up process, complete your profile, and submit any required documentation for approval.
Instructors should possess relevant academic qualifications and teaching experience. Specific requirements may differ based on the subject matter.
Log into your account, navigate to the "Availability" section, and adjust your schedule to reflect the time slots that work best for you.
Your earnings are securely processed through our platform and regularly transferred to your registered bank account.
If a scholar cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled session, you may qualify for a cancellation fee. Please refer to our platform’s cancellation policy for more details.
